Serious Snow

The last 10 days or so it has been snow, snow, and more snow! If it isn’t a record it must be darn near one.

Most people are complaining like crazy, but I like it, even though I’ve been shoveling snow like crazy. The forecast is for more snow through the weekend then rain on Monday; now that I’m not going to like.

A lady asked me the other day who was plowing our parking area. I think she was surprised to find out we have shoveled it all by hand. This photo was taken yesterday morning, 2/8/08.

This photo was taken this afternoon out our bedroom window.

Another photo taken from the bedroom window.

I love the snow and wish you could package some for us. Our little dusting was just a snow tease. All I could think about was building a snow man and making snow angels when I saw those pictures.
Hey that would be a nice treat for us bloggers. You and Connie and the grandkids could make a line of snow angels to post for a Valentine present to those who have no snow.
Peace

Marcel,

We have been getting a lot of snow here in Ontario this year. They are saying it's close to setting a record. We also shovel by hand and it's not easy keeping it all cleared when we keep getting dumped on. This is the most snow we've had in years. I do love it when the world is all pretty with a fall of fresh snow - especially at night when the world is so quiet.

Thanks so much for leaving a comment on my Harriet Tubman article. A Happy Valentine's to you and your family, especially those sweet grandsons. I had fun with mine today.

Blessings,
Mary
